Regency LeadsCalendar setup help

Finish your calendar connection

My link has expired

Open calendar setup and request another private link using the email from your onboarding form and agreement. Your calendar provider can use a different email after you open the private link.

Why do I need an email code?

The link belongs to your advisor record, but a forwarded or stolen link should not unlock your settings. We send the code to the email on your agreement and onboarding form. Your calendar account can still use a different email afterward. Enter the code in the same browser where you opened the link. Do not share the code, link or provider password. Codes expire after 10 minutes and lock after five incorrect attempts; request a new setup link if necessary.

Can I keep Regency appointments separate?

You can create a calendar named “Regency Leads” in your own Google or Microsoft account and select it as the destination for future Regency appointments. Keep the calendars holding your other appointments selected for conflict checks, so their blocked times are respected. This setup service does not create that calendar or meetings for you.

Will you see my existing event details?

This service does not request, display or store event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations or meeting links. We see calendar names and blocked time ranges. Google’s grant excludes event details; Microsoft’s basic read grant is broader even though our requests select only times and status. A separate calendar or password does not narrow that Microsoft permission. See the privacy notice and your firm’s policy before consenting.

My firm requires administrator approval

Ask your IT administrator whether the firm permits the Regency Leads Calendar Connection app. For Microsoft, the app needs delegated account-identification and basic calendar read permissions, with offline access. For Google, it needs your account email, calendar-list read-only access and free/busy access. Firm policy can require IT approval even when the provider normally allows an individual to consent. Contact Tanmay for the app’s current registration details. Do not forward your private setup link or share your password with IT or with us. Once your firm approves the app, return to your own link and connect your account.

I have a Microsoft login but no calendar

You need an Outlook.com calendar or a supported Microsoft 365/Exchange calendar. A Microsoft sign-in created with a Gmail address does not by itself provide a calendar. Connect the account that actually holds your appointments.

What does completion mean?

We checked access to the selected calendars and saved your confirmed appointment rules. Calendar setup completion does not create meetings or set your service launch date. Our team confirms the remaining onboarding and firm-approval requirements separately.

My provider access was revoked

Request a new private setup link, reconnect, and confirm the calendars and hours again. Calendar data that cannot be read is not treated as available appointment time.
