Calendar connection privacy
Updated October 14, 2026. This notice explains the advisor calendar connection service operated by AULACCESS LLC as Regency Leads. Our main privacy notice explains our other business records and privacy requests.
What you authorize
You sign in with Google or Microsoft and choose whether to authorize calendar access. We receive your account identifier and email address, your calendar names and identifiers, and busy-time information needed to check availability. Google access uses the calendar-list read-only and free/busy permissions. Microsoft access uses basic calendar read and account-identification permissions. We request offline access so the connection can continue after a sign-in session ends. We do not receive your password.
Your existing appointments
We use blocked time ranges from the calendars you select, including appointments that did not come from Regency Leads, to avoid scheduling conflicts. This connection service does not request, display or store the titles, descriptions, attendees, locations or meeting links of those events. We can see calendar names and the start and end of blocked time ranges. Calendar names themselves may reveal information, so choose your calendar names accordingly.
Google’s free/busy permission excludes event details. Microsoft’s Calendars.ReadBasic permission can allow basic event details, including fields beyond availability. Our Microsoft requests explicitly select only start/end times, availability status and cancellation status, and our application discards other event fields. This is an application restriction; we cannot describe Microsoft’s underlying grant as free/busy-only. If your firm prohibits any broader event-read permission, do not connect Microsoft through this app until your IT administrator approves an appropriate approach.
Private access to your setup
Your private setup link is specific to your onboarding record and can be claimed once. It does not, by itself, unlock your settings: an 8-digit, one-time code is sent to the verified email on your agreement and onboarding form. The code expires after 10 minutes and locks after five incorrect attempts. Access is tied to the browser that opened the link; verified setup sessions expire after one hour. We do not ask you to create a Regency password or share your Google/Microsoft password. Use your provider’s two-step verification when available.
How we use the information
We use the connection to check appointment availability and save the calendars and scheduling preferences you confirm. The connection service does not read your email, request event descriptions, create meetings, or send calendar invitations. Your service start date and permission to introduce consumers are handled separately. Calendar information obtained through this app is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and providers
Cloudflare hosts the service and database. Provider credentials, account identity, calendar metadata and scheduling settings are encrypted in our application storage. We retain the connection while it is needed for your service relationship, unless you disconnect or request deletion. Temporary setup links and browser sessions expire. We keep the minimum agreement, intake and delivery records needed to administer the relationship; those business records are covered by our main privacy notice. Our company Google Workspace bookings mailbox processes your onboarding email address and private setup link to deliver the requested connection message. That company mailbox connection is separate from advisor calendar authorization. We do not load advertising analytics or session replay on the connection pages.
Disconnecting and deletion
Use “Remove calendar connection” in your setup session to delete the connection’s credentials and settings from the live application. You can separately revoke the app in your Google or Microsoft account settings. Revoking provider access stops future calendar access but does not itself erase business records already held by us. Hosting backups follow the hosting provider’s retention practices. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact tanmay@regencyleads.com. We may verify the request and retain information required for legal, contractual or dispute records.
